CREEKSIDE STAGE RENTAL


  1. Use of Creekside shall be limited to Boone County organizations, one reservation per organization per year. Rental Season is May 1 thru August 31.


  2. Scheduling of all events must be made, in writing, 7 days in advance through the Parks & Recreation Department. Accessibility will be made available through Parks staff.


  3. A user fee of $225.00 (for stage and Shelter #3), plus a security deposit of $50.00, must be paid when the Use Agreement is signed ($275.00 total). The security deposit of $50.00 is refundable upon inspection after the event. Clean-up includes removing signage, decorations and litter.


  4. Signage and decorations must be approved by Boone County Parks in advance.


  5. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE PERMITTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 710.5.


  6. The individual signing the Use Agreement must be 21 years of age, and is responsible for damage to the facility.


  7. Performances shall not begin before 6:00 p.m. Performances must end at 9:00 p.m. and the area vacated by 9:30 p.m. NOTE: August performances must end at 8:00 p.m. and the area vacated by 8:30 p.m.


  8. Parking area for Creekside is limited to 45 cars.


  9. Reservation of Shelter #3 may preclude Creekside use.


  10. EVENTS ARE NOT TO BE HELD FOR PERSONAL PROFIT. Donations may be collected with written permission of Boone County Parks.


  11. Advertisements may include the word "Creekside" only as a location reference. "Concert At Creekside" may not be used.
