PICNIC TABLES AND BLEACHERS

Picnic Tables and Bleachers can be borrowed from Boone County Parks as follows:


  1. Picnic Tables and/or Bleachers on loan will require a $100.00
    cash or check deposit for each unit borrowed.


  2. Payment must be made in person at the Boone County Parks office, and Loan Agreement signed, prior to removal of picnic tables and/or bleachers from any Boone County Parks facility.


  3. Picnic tables and/or bleachers must be returned undamaged and on time, according to pick-up and return dates on Loan Agreement.


  4. No refund of deposit if picnic tables and/or bleachers are damaged or defaced in any way or if they are not returned on time.


  5. Pick-up and return is the sole responsibility of person or organization borrowing picnic tables and/or bleachers.


  6. A member of Parks staff must be present upon pick-up and return of picnic tables and/or bleachers.


  7. Boone County Fiscal Court and the Boone County Parks Department and the employees of either of them shall not be liable for damage to transporting vehicles and equipment, nor injury resulting from loan or transportation of picnic tables and/or bleachers.
