Boone County Youth Cabinet Celebrates 2024 Graduates

Every year, a group of juniors get a behind-the-scenes peek at local government. This selected group of students meets once a month to deepen their civic education and hone leadership skills. Each session focuses on specific topics and introduces students to local leaders. A special thanks to the students, parents, teachers, staff and local leaders that gave their time freely throughout the nine-month program.

We look forward to kicking off the 25th year of the program with a new group of students, already selected, this coming August.
