The 911 Dwelling Service Fee applies only to occupied residential and commercial dwellings. It is not assessed to addresses that contain land only with no dwelling. Property owners are able to report such "vacant land" which will help ensure appropriate assessment of the 911 dwelling unit service fee by submitting  the vacant land form available by clicking here.
